Take care when transporting your tasty treats and they will stay looking beautiful until last bite!
Keep a steady hand – do not shake, rattle or roll your cakes. Knocking the box vertically can cause the cakes to overturn.
Not too hot, not too cold – room temperature is best.
Give in to temptation – eat within 24 hours of purchase. We don’t put preservatives in our cakes so sponge will dry out and frosting will harden slightly and deepen in colour over time.
Saving cake – use an airtight container at room temperature if storing cakes to eat later.
Pies and cheesecakes should be stored in the fridge until consumed.
